Yeah my life is over

Nearly 30. Not doing good. But the part that sucks the most that there was time period where most of life was good enaugh. Maybe even great but even "good enaugh" was let's say good enaugh and that was great. Time period where I met this popular, really attractive girl, where I even could read everyone's thoughts on her from strangers online. She said it didn't bother, the negative comments. Gonna skip few years, confidence through the roof, don't even pay attention to the other girls because it actually doesn't matter. Co-workers cat calling random girls and I am thinking to myself, man I wish to meet gf. Living in true happiness. But then life just happens where it puts me down the lowest it can. Where I lost everything, and all I can do is just try to joke about it, even it hurts like literal hell. And I don't even know where the joke ends and where illusion starts. Years later still can't find the comfort. I had everything I wish for, and suddenly it all dissappeared. It's good thing and fucking curse to find something so attractive at the same time, because right now after all these years I have lost all hope. Loosing the one is so hurtful. Even if at the time I was in bliss. But later on it was curse.

35 years old. Yeah i guess i feel behind with my peers Who for the most part have childreen now. And I miss havin a girlfriend and feel that maybe i have to high standards for finding a girlfriend.

I was born a shy child but I remember I never had anxiety really I just remember being shy but then life took a turn and a lot of things caused me to become mentally not right, trust issues and not knowing better. Already in my home town no one was really friendly like that kids chose to listen to rap music and smoke ect and no one was out here playing w eachother and being friendly so that’s one reason I don’t just start having conversations with people, I remember after my parents divorcing I just didn’t wanna socialize at all in 7th grade also I went to a new school and was shy, I didn’t say a single word much during that school year and it carried onto 8th grade, in 9th grade someone asked me why I looked so depressed and I got mad and said that I’m not, I’m not even lying I haven’t really heard the word depressed till that day and I didn’t even know it was a thing, I was so used to the way I felt by then I didn’t know any better, I now can say I was probably highly depressed, I hated school and I hated my house, I had a mean step dad who was an asshole and always made passive aggressive comments for no reason, he said when I turn 18 I’m not going to live there anymore, he’d never let me make any noise cause he’d yell at me and say I’m loud and he never let us talk during dinner and I hated school and home, eventually I graduated and still had no role models or adult guidance and my dad lived in a diffrent city and my mom was never home she had work or school so I was basically a child w no good guidance or life even tho it wasn’t the worst. After graduation I still was not right and just getting jobs just to get me food and stuff I need then 4 years went by, now for the first time in my life I can say I’m thinking clear and I am good now for the most part yet still have things that are stuck in me that are difficult to change. This is why I seem so outlasted towards the world and then I’m seeing how everyone is passing me in life in relationships ect and now I am trying to change and grow but all I really have is myself these days. When demo says stuff sometimes I just feel dumb like I’m not a normal person and it would be better if I was

I have been a virgin until 24,5 years of age, even though most people considered me a "chad". My first relationship was very short because i did many mistakes that unexperienced men do. The only good thing - she was toxic too, so it was better to lose her anyway. Later i improved from year to year and got better and better with women. Also the quality of these women improved. It is important to learn to enjoy the process of becoming a better person. Now i am 32 and single again (i have broken up because i started a career in another country) but i do not feel worthless/parasuicidal like i did at the age of 23 years. Remember guys, women usually age like milk, men usually age like wine (if you cultivate a healthy lifestyle - if you only sit around and eat fast-food all the time, you gonna age like milk too)

It was interesting to compare my confidence now vs highschool. I was fucking beast in highschool at my 18 y. o. . 2 girlfriends, 15 in dms, guitar, charisma, athletic body, i was gathering groups of people around me easily. Now I'm depressed af at 22. I don't feel left behind since im doing almost the best from all the people i know, i got the job with higher than average wage, I've got the home, clothes, gadgets, watches (no car tho). I got a geodesy bachelor degree yesterday and going for the masters. I just feel stuck, depressed, completely isolated, stressed the hell out. The problem is - i don't have a girlfriend, or at least any girl on sight rn. I see the attention, yet i can't find the words or courage to even speak. Somehow I went complete 180 and got the money, potential career, got better in sports, intellectually as well, but lost all my confidence and bravery because i just don't have a girl for the past almost 3 years. Been working hard as hell this whole time, but still depressed. I thought maybe i can just go higher and higher In my improvement and job, but it didn't help at all, now im just depressed and with money. I'm clearly attractive, i see how girls react on me talking to them, yet i STILL can't manage to build the confidence. Yeah, there were many traumatic events last few years, but I don't think they are the main problems, maybe just additional aspects. How one can overthrow inner shy bitch and factually accept outer chad? 😂

23, 2 years of school and 2 years of work so far for a large company working on electronics maintainence. I still love it. Havnt felt very connected to people my age outside of work though.

I'm 34 and just ruined the best relationship I've ever had. I thought I was ready but I made one huge mistake; I sacrificed the system I had developed to make myself a good, fit, and mentally healthy mate to shower her with my time and attention. What happened? All of the qualities she was initially attracted to disappeared because I gained weight, lost confidence, and lost all of my mental health from trying to please her and failing to balance all of my other responsibilities. Best advice I can give to younger guy; when you do find the love of your life, don't sacrifice your health and well being for her sake. It will do neither of you any good and you will lose her! You have to put yourself, your health, and your well being first. Only then will you be the optimal boyfriend/husband that you want to be/that she needs, and she will recognize that. Yup he hit the nail here. Having a masculine father figure for a man is of paramount importance. I was blessed with this but unfortunately what hit me hard is not having a feminine figure to teach me the social part.

I haven’t been watching Denmo videos in a while. Not because I dislike them, they’ve actually helped me tremendously. It’s because I’ve gone out and applied the advice he’s given. Once you put yourself out there, you don’t feel the need to seek out these videos any longer.
